App cannot find Chromecast device
Sometimes app will not detect Chromecast due to wifi issues. Please try below.
- Make sure the app is connected to same Wifi network as Chromecast.
- Please restart app and try again
if problem persists please contact us.
How to Restrose Purchases
- Open MyCast App and go to Shop screen from Menu.
- Click Restore button on top right
- Login with your apple id you previously purchased.
- If you have any issues please contact us
How to Cast Web Videos
- Click Cast Icon on top right to connect to Chromecast.
- Browse to video page on the website
- When video is detected Cast Video button appears at the bottom of app.
- Click the CastVideo button and it should start casting video.
Note: Sometimes you need to click & play the video manually to detect the video.
Cannot Cast Videos/Photos
If you have issues to cast videos or photos. Please follow below instructions
- Sometimes if you restart the App, it should resolve issue.
- If loading video takes long time, click CastVideo button again.
